Jacolyn has represented Addison since 2022. She’s chair of the Housing & Homelessness Committee. She’s a Masbro Centre trustee and champions street safety: tackling ASB and securing CCTV in local hotspots.
Ross was elected to represent Addison in 2022. He is the borough’s lead member for Energy and Decarbonisation. He’s leading on new climate change initiatives which will reduce residents’ energy bills.
Joe lives in Avonmore and is working to cut crime and anti-social behaviour. He also volunteers to fundraise for a local charity supporting people with terminal illnesses.
Laura has been a hard working councillor for Avonmore since 2022 and has helped hundreds of her constituents. Also a renowned solicitor, she was appointed Honorary King’s Counsel in 2025.
Stala has been a hardworking representative of Brook Green since 2022. She has helped hundreds of local residents and successfully opposed the Springvale Terrace Distribution Centre development. She is currently campaigning to increase District Line frequency at Olympia. She is an architect.
Florent was born in Brook Green. He is instrumental in pushing Transport for London to increase the frequency of District Line trains to Olympia. He works on inclusive economic growth initiatives across London.
Wesley has represented this neighbourhood since 1994. He’s helped thousands of local people. In the Borough’s Cabinet, he’s transformed H&F into one of Britain’s most environmentally friendly boroughs.
Bora has been a councillor since 2018. As H&F’s Cabinet Member for Social Care and Health she helped save Charing Cross and guarantees H&F’s free adult social care.
Alex has represented the area since 2018. She is the borough’s Deputy Leader focussing on improving the life chance of local children: investing more in schools, youth clubs and youth services. She’s a hard working ward councillor.
Lisa has represented Coningham since 2006. She’s helped thousands of local people. She stopped the Conservatives demolishing all H&F’s council homes. She’s won improved bus services on Askew Road.
Rowan is H&F’s Cabinet Member for Finance & Reform delivering the 3rd lowest council tax in England. He’s been a diligent ward councillor since 2018. He works in the City and Chairs the local Scout Group.
Rory was part of the Borough’s health team that saved Charing Cross Hospital. He’s a hard working local councillor representing Coningham since 2006.
David lives in the ward. A former commercial lawyer, he’s volunteered for social mobility and education charities. David is working with Fulham Reach councillors and residents to tackle local issues.
Anna lives in Fulham Reach. She’s volunteered with West London Welcome, supporting Ukrainian refugees. She’s an active member of the Parents, Teachers and Friends Association at Hammersmith’s Sacred Heart High School.
Nikos has represented Fulham Reach since 2022, having lived in the area his entire adult life. He works on H&F’s economic rejuvenation, volunteers with several charities and is passionate about helping the local community.
Hannah is pioneering the Pathway Bond, which is a unique H&F initiative bringing local young people new career opportunities in future industries. An Oxford graduate, she’s studying for a Master’s at LSE. Mum of two, Hannah serves as a governor at a local primary school.
Stephen devised and ran the successful strategy that saved Charing Cross Hospital. He’s represented Grove since 1998 and is the council leader. He’s led the borough to be independently recognised as one of the most successful councils in the UK.
Molly grew up in Hammersmith Broadway. She represented Great Britain at the United Nation’s Commission on the Status of Women. Molly is already working with residents on local challenges.
Callum has represented Hammersmith Broadway since February 2025. He hit the ground running and has helped hundreds of local people deal with local issues. He is a Trustee of the Lyric Theatre.
Sharon grew up in the borough and has representing the area since 2014. Currently the Mayor, she was formally in the Borough’s Cabinet and made sure H&F remains one of just ten English councils offering weekly bin collections.
Lydia has represented Lillie since February 2025. She is the Council’s Lead Member for Women and Girls, and a trustee of Hammersmith United Charities and the Lyric Theatre. She successful led the strategy that stopped the North End Road McDonald’s staying open to 3am.
Harry currently works for a Central London Community Healthcare Trust. He volunteers for Just Like Us, a charity that provides LGBT+ education for schools. He has previously founded a community dog walking club, alongside work with Imperial College London to develop STEM outreach activities for local children.
Natalie is an educator and campaigner. She is on the board of London Cycling Campaign (LCC) as well as running the Wandsworth Bridge Road Association and promoting sustainable travel through public workshops and advocacy. She founded the London Youth Conservatoire in Fulham.
Additional to his day job, Ken volunteers to help vulnerable people during the winter months. He is a father to twins. He is already carrying out local casework with our local Labour councillors.
David is a barrister. He has lived in the area since 1982 and is a trustee of Lygon Almshouses in Fulham. He advocates for renters in poor-quality private-sector rented accommodation and is a leading voice in efforts to tackle air pollution in Fulham.
Until recently Roseanne was an intensive care consultant at Charing Cross Hospital. She has over 33 years’ experience as an NHS doctor. She supports local charities including Maggie’s West London and St Mungo’s.
Elected in 2018, Zarar has worked to improve Shepherds Bush winning new public and private investment to improve the area and cut crime. Zarar is in the borough’s Cabinet, helping attract more investment into H&F than all of the rest of West London combined.
Mercy brought her now adult family up in Shepherds Bush and loves this neighbourhood. She led the council to introduce its free breakfast for all primary school children policy – something now copied by the national government. Elected in 2002, she’s a formidable champion for her constituents.
Sam lives in Fulham and served on the board of a youth charity. He is already carrying out local casework with our local Labour councillors and is working with local people to get things done.
Genevieve has represented Walham Green since 2022. She was a key member of the Labour team that successfully campaigned to block McDonald’s 3am licence application. She works at a local GP and has volunteered on postnatal wards.
First elected in 2018, Rebecca is the Borough’s Cabinet Member for Social Inclusion and Community Safety. She’s introduced one of the most generous cost-of-living support schemes in the UK, made H&F an exemplary borough supporting homeless people and led new initiatives to cut crime.
Asif has been a councillor since 2018. He is the Lead Member for Support for Older People and created the Silver Social Series after COVID‑19 to tackle loneliness and isolation. He also serves on the Borough’s Housing & Homelessness Committee.
Victoria is the former chair of Action on Disability and was a commissioner on H&F’s groundbreaking Disabled People’s Commission. A Cambridge graduate she volunteers as a co-opted member of the council’s Health and Adult Social Care Committee.
Daryl has represented the West Kensington area since 2010. She helped save the West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estate from demolition by the local Conservatives. She is a formidable champion for local people.
Florian is in H&F’s Cabinet. He’s working to improve the environment and has made sure H&F is one of only ten UK councils to still carry out weekly bin collections.
Elected in 2010, Andrew led the fight to stop local Conservatives demolishing all H&F’s council estates. Now the Borough’s Cabinet Member for the Economy, he is now building comparatively more social housing for local people than anywhere else in the UK. He built the WEST Youth zone and new homes on EdCity.
Natalia has represented the area since 2014. As Chair of H&F’s social care committee, she’s led H&F to be England’s only council where social care is free.
Frances was elected in 2021 and serves as Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness. She is overseeing almost £1 billion of investment improving council homes. She’s led H&F to become a leading council supporting for people experiencing homelessness.
Max has represented Wormholt since 2013. He was part of the team that delivered the WEST Youth Zone. He prioritises tackling crime and improving the local environment. He works for an environmental charity.
Elected in 2022, Nicole was brought up in Shepherds Bush, studying at Burlington Danes. She Chair of the Climate Change and Ecology Committee, leading H&F to be independently recognised as Britain’s second most environmentally-friendly borough.
