“Hammersmith & Fulham Labour councillors have taken a ruthlessly efficient approach and cut a record £122m in wasteful council spending and we’ve won £683m from property developers. That has allowed us to invest in new services and to keep council tax and charges low.”

Cllr Stephen Cowan, Leader of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

Tell the Government: 'Save H&F's buses - don't make Londoners pay for the pandemic!'

Conservative ministers have told Transport for London to cut services after it lost money during Covid – and bus routes across Hammersmith & Fulham are threatened. Please sign our petition to stop this happening.

Essential routes for H&F residents are now threatened with closure or severe reductions in service.

  • The C3, 11, 14, 72 and 74 will be scrapped
  • Night buses N11, N27 and N74 will be scrapped, and the N72 will no longer serve Hammersmith
  • The 23, 27, 211, 328 and 430 will operate a reduced timetable or be extensively rerouted

While other governments from New York to Paris are funding public transport after the pandemic to maintain services and keep fares low, Boris Johnson’s Conservatives have told TfL to make cuts in return for a partial bailout.

Please sign the petition below.

·      We urge the government not to make Londoners pay for the pandemic and to fund London’s transport properly.

·      We urge TfL to maintain the essential routes on which H&F residents depend.

·      We call on Fulham’s MP Greg Hands, a Conservative Minister, to back residents and campaign against government-forced cuts to London’s transport.
