Jacolyn Daly

Jacolyn is Social Impact Lead for Hammersmith and Fulham Foodbank. She is a trustee for the local charity, Urban Partnership Group, and set up and ran a Covid-19 Mutual Aid Group for Addison and Brook Green. In 2020 Jacolyn founded a literacy catch-up programme, Wild Readers.

Ross Melton

Ross has worked as a community organiser in his hometown of Aberdeen. He coordinated over 250 local aid groups and helped build a cooperative renewable energy project. Other work includes the International Campaign Against Child Slavery. When working in India he helped draft a bill taking thousands of children out of the steel industry and back into full-time education.

Stala is an architect with a passion for improving the quality of the environment. Cllr. Wesley Harcourt

Wesley has been a councillor representing College Park & Old Oak since 1994. He is the Borough’s Cabinet Member for the Environment and has led the fight against climate change. Cllr. Bora Kwon

Bora is a journalist and editor. She has been a councillor since 2018 and was the first councillor of Korean heritage elected in the UK. She is the Chief Whip on the Council, is a governor at a primary school and is on the Board of Directors of the Lyric Theatre.

Cllr. Alex Sanderson

Cllr. Lisa Homan

Lisa has been a councillor representing the area since 2006 and has been instrumental in stopping the Conservatives selling off and demolishing all the Borough’s council homes. She works for an MP.

Cllr. Rowan Ree

Rowan is an economist. He has been a councillor since 2018. He is playing a key role in making the council more efficient. He has helped deliver record savings that have allowed H&F to provide free breakfast for all primary school children, be the only council in England to abolish home care charges and offer generous sanctuary to refugees.

Cllr. Rory Vaughan

Omid Miri

Omid works for Andy Slaughter, the MP for Hammersmith, specialising in Home Office and immigration casework. Cllr. Lucy Richardson

Lucy has been a councillor since 2018. She chairs the Borough’s Health, Inclusion and Social Care Committee and is a member of the Health & Wellbeing Board. She is a trustee of Fair Shot Café, a project that aims to provide jobs for Disabled people.

Nikos Souslous

Nikos currently works for the Labour Party. He also works for the Smile Brigade, supporting vulnerable residents and improving their mental health and wellbeing. Cllr. Stephen Cowan

Stephen devised and ran the successful strategy to Save Charing Cross Hospital. He has represented the Grove area since 1998. He is the council leader. Amongst other things, he introduced an efficiency programme that’s saved record amounts. He used the proceeds to abolish home care charges, introduce free breakfast for all primary school children, and set up the largest crime fighting operation in the Borough’s history. He led the Borough’s response during the Pandemic.

Cllr. Helen Rowbottom

Helen has been a councillor since 2019 and, in March 2022, was appointed as the Borough’s Flood Champion. She is the Chair of the council’s Finance Committee, upholding the principle of ruthless financial efficiency while continuing to invest in more frontline services. She is a governor at a primary school with a special needs unit and a school academy trustee. Helen works in an NHS-linked medtech startup, having previously managed an NHS hospital surgical service in women’s health.

Emma Apthorp

Emma was born and grew up in Hammersmith. While at Cambridge between 2017 and 2021, she campaigned for the University to pay its employees a living wage. Her community work includes advocating for Penal Reform through the Charity Sing Inside and fundraising for Breast Cancer Charities. In response to the pandemic and educational inequality, she provides free Mathematics GCSE Tuition.

Cllr. Patricia Quigley

Patricia has been councillor for Hammersmith Broadway since 2018. She was a member of its Disabled People’s Commission. She is co-chair of the Hammersmith & Fulham Co-production Implementation Group. She is a director of the Lyric Theatre, Co-Chair of Westfield London Access Group and a trustee of Action on Disability and Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust.

Ben has been a councillor for the area since 2014. Cllr. Asif Siddique

Asif is a solicitor specialising in Immigration, Asylum, EU & Family Law, Wills & Probate and Housing. He provides an annual free Will writing month for senior citizens. Asif has been a councillor since 2018. He sits on the Borough’s Children & Education Policy & Accountability Committee, Licensing Committee and Planning & Development Control Committee. Cllr. Daryl Brown

Daryl has been a councillor for the area since 2010. She worked closely with Sally Taylor (the TRA chair and now fellow Labour candidate) to save the West Kensington and Gibbs Green estates from being demolished. She has been the Borough’s Mayor and Deputy Mayor. Her community work includes the Olympia and Earls Court Exhibition Trust.

Florian Chevoppe- Verdier

Florian is originally from France and has worked in Germany for an SDP politician. He has a great interest in sustainable transport. He has worked with the RNIB, London Vision and Pocklington Lodge (accommodation on Goldhawk Road for the blind and partially sighted) and with Riverside House and Opening Doors London in support of elderly LGBTQ+ and HIV+ people.

Sally Taylor

After retiring Sally returned to nursing during Covid and is still nursing now. She is a West Kensington estate leaseholder and Chair of its TRA. She was one of the leaders of the successful campaign to save the West Kensington and Gibbs Green estates. Co-winner in 2022 of the Borough’s Civic Honour award for “Outstanding commitment to the community”. Mayoress in 2018.

Cllr. Andrew Jones

Andrew is a Professor of Economic Geography and has been the Borough’s Cabinet Member for the Economy since 2014. He helped stop the Conservatives from selling off and demolishing all the Borough’s council homes. Now he is leading the biggest genuinely affordable council home building programme in decades and initiated the building of the new White City youth centre. He has represented the Shepherds Bush area since 2010.

Cllr. Natalia Perez

Natalia has worked for over 18 years in the charity and voluntary sector. She had been a councillor for the area since 2014. She is a member of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation. The focus of her work is welfare advice and Black, Asian, Latino and other communities.

Cllr. Frances Umeh

Frances works for an international animal welfare organisation. She was elected as a councillor for White City at a by-election in September 2021. She has been Mayoress, a governor of a local primary school and a Commissioner on Hammersmith & Fulham’s Women’s Equality Board.
