We the undersigned are calling for peace and quiet around North End Road to be protected. A recent application by Kaspas to open until 3am comes after a similar attempt by the nearby McDonald’s to operate 24 hours was rejected by Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

Now McDonald’s is appealing their rejected application. While we value and support local businesses, late closing times are simply not acceptable for our neighbourhood. North End Road is lined with residential streets, not bars and nightclubs. Late closing times attract delivery vehicles into the early morning, meaning noise and nuisance for nearby residents.

We support our local Councillors’ work to oppose this application and protect peace and quiet on North End Road.
